Managing agents & block managers
One contractor for every bin store on your books, so you're not chasing a cleaner and a clearance firm separately.

We look after communal bin stores for managing agents, block managers, residents' management companies and housing providers across Southampton, Eastleigh, Fareham, Winchester and Portsmouth. Scheduled cleans, problem jobs and the paperwork, from one contractor.
Sound familiar?
A shared bin store gets used by every flat in the block, and nobody owns it. When it goes wrong, the emails come to you.
How we help
Most blocks need a mix. We work out the right one at your free Bin Store Health Check.
Working with us
We're set up to work the way managing agents do: access codes, budgets agreed in advance, and paperwork ready for your files.
Who we work for
One contractor for every bin store on your books, so you're not chasing a cleaner and a clearance firm separately.
Volunteer directors have day jobs. We take the bin store off the board's agenda.
We're registered on council and housing procurement portals, with the paperwork contract managers ask for.

Questions from managing agents
Yes. Send us the addresses and we'll arrange Health Checks for each site, then send one quote with a fixed price per site so you can see exactly what each block costs.
Yes. Because each site has its own schedule, we can tell you the planned visit dates so you can let residents know.
We'd usually start with a Bin Store Reset: the waste is cleared, the store is cleaned and sanitised, and every bin is cleaned, all in one visit. Regular cleans then keep it that way.
Yes. If the council won't empty a recycling bin because of the wrong waste, our Waste Removal service can clear it so collections can restart.
